Recipes On the Back: Fudgy Fudgy Brownies
Lately I've been too lazy to open a cookbook so I've been relying on the recipes on the back of the can or box. I haven't been disappointed yet. These brownies are so chocolaty I nearly passed out. I did do a little adjusting by reducing the sugar by half-a-cup and I increased the baking time by five minutes—I like cake-like brownies. The cocoa was a gift from Canada. I have never seen Fry's Cocoa in a California grocery store so when I'm out of Fry's I use Ghirardelli unsweetened cocoa.
